With over 27 years of experience, Rachel is the owner of Face Facts and the heart of the Buxton salon. Starting her career in 1997, she has built an exceptional skill set spanning advanced facials, IPL, electrolysis, nails and skincare. Her dedication has earned her national recognition as an award-winning therapist. Rachel is passionate about creating a warm, professional environment where clients feel truly valued.
Emily
Salon Owner and Senior Therapist
Emily has been a valued member of the Face Facts team since 2003, bringing over 15 years of experience and a genuine love of beauty therapy to everything she does. As Salon Manager, she combines her passion for delivering outstanding treatments with a commitment to maintaining the high standards the salon is known for. From eyebrow shaping to advanced facials, Emily finds joy in every result she helps achieve.
Leighanne
Beauty Therapist
Leighanne is the newest member of the Face Facts team, and we are thrilled to welcome her. With 8 years in the beauty industry, including a distinguished career as a Spa and Head Therapist, she brings a wealth of expertise in facials, nails and massage. Leighanne is passionate about helping every client feel relaxed, rejuvenated and happy.
Jade
Beauty Therapist
Jade is a bundle of smiling happiness and you will find her on reception. She’s already bought so much fun and laughter to the team in the short time she has been with us and she’s certainly made a great impression with clients too, making sure she makes everyone feel special. You can usually find her tucking someone under a blanket, finding them a hot water bottle or generally trying to be the most helpful she possibly can. If you’ve met her you will know what we mean and if you haven’t she looks forward to meeting you!
Ava
Beauty Therapist
Ava's passion for beauty was sparked during lockdown, inspired by the creativity she discovered in the world of makeup artistry. She went on to complete her Level 2 NVQ in Beauty Therapy at Buxton College and has brought that same enthusiasm and dedication to the Face Facts team ever since. Fresh, motivated and eager to grow, Ava is a brilliant addition to the salon.
