Natalie is the calm heart of reception at Face Facts, ready to warmly welcome you and help you settle in for your appointment.
Her favourite part of the role is the people. Natalie loves meeting clients from all walks of life and is proud to be part of a safe, inclusive team where everybody can expect high quality care from the moment they arrive.
Having been a valued part of the team for nearly five years, Natalie is known for her caring nature and her amazing memory for the little details that make each visit feel personal. She also brings a strong background in the NHS and maternity care, which shines through in the compassionate and supportive way she looks after clients every day.

When it comes to treatments, Natalie’s favourite has to be Dermalux. She loves the way it helps support the skin and gives a welcome burst of light during the grey winter months.
You will usually find Natalie with a hot chocolate nearby, managing twenty things at once and topping up her lipstick.
